Copyright notice
Send notices to contact@saiunes.com. Identify the copyrighted work, the exact wawxxx.com URL or material to be disabled, your contact information, and include your physical or electronic signature, a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Response and repeat infringement
We review sufficiently complete notices and may disable affected links or access expeditiously. We may request missing information and may take appropriate action concerning repeated infringement associated with material we index.
Counter-notice
If material was disabled because of mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to contact@saiunes.com identifying the material and former location, with your signature, contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to the applicable U.S. federal court jurisdiction, and acceptance of service from the notifier.
Important registration note
Publishing this contact procedure does not itself register a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Any operator seeking the statutory safe-harbor benefits that require registration must separately register and maintain the required agent information.
